One. If your under 18 but have parents consent can you fill out all of the offers?
Two. I still can't turn my money into points and stuff because i got trouble for posting the wrong thing in the free stuff section but its been three days.... so..? |

Well, for your first question I'm pretty sure if you're under 18 that you can still do offers, assuming they're appropriate for you. Open up a ticket explaining your issues for your second question. |

1. no, because you still have to answer your info that you put in when you signed up or they will close your account. it sucks but its the rules. I have the same thing as you.
