Searching for prizes

To redeem your points from Points2Shop for Amazon prizes, you will first need to choose something to buy - I wish I could help you but you're the boss in that arena!

Searching for your product

Go to the Reward Gallery on Points2Shop and type several keywords from the product name into the search box (You will most likely need to select a Category) then press Find Rewards. You will see a list of products available to you and you simply select the item and the merchant you wish to purchase from. Alternatively, you can use the ASIN number or URL from Amazon to search for the specific item!

I can't find an item!

If you have found an item on Amazon which does not appear in the Points2Shop reward gallery, a possible cause is that the Points2Shop records are outdated or you are looking in the wrong category.

Solutions

  • Locate the Amazon Standard Identification Number (or ASIN) for the item you can't find. This can be found in the product details description from the listing on Amazon. Copy & paste the number in the reward gallery search and submit.

  • If you're having no luck with the ASIN lookup, you can place the order manually. See below for information on Manual Orders.

Manual Orders

To place a manual order for an item which is not listed in the Points2Shop reward gallery, please send in a "Manual Order" request ticket from the support menu. You will need to give a detailed description of what you want to order, providing all the information - ie, cost, size, color, merchant and ASIN/Amazon link if available.

Your manual order will be handled slightly differently, so please allow a little extra time for your orders to be approved this way.

Check the item against Amazon before ordering

If the information in the Points2Shop reward gallery is even a few minutes outdated, you may see items listed which are no longer for sale (or have a higher price, etc). If you order such a product, your order will be delayed because they may need to contact you to choose another item or seller. Check availability for the item through Amazon to see if the same sellers and prices are listed.


European Countries

Now all European countries can order from Amazon.co.uk from Reward Gallery and get verified! Shipping costs will be accurate when placing in your cart. The following countries are able to use this feature:

Andorra, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Malta, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Vatican City


International countries

All other countries can place orders via a Manual Order ticket! Shipping & Taxes should be verified before submitting a Manual order. Verifying shipping costs and taxes can be done in 5 simple steps!

  • Find an item you would like
  • Add the item to your shopping cart
  • Enter your address. This will give you the total of the item with shipping,taxes etc.
  • Send the link of the item you would like (the one with the "add to cart" button)
  • Mention the total number of points you are willing to spend.

NOTE: $1 = 100 points ; 1£ = 165 points ; 1 CAD = 100 points
